A brilliant triple bill. I heard the last three songs of Flowers and will check them out further as I'd never heard of them before; lovely ethereal stuff. September Girls were great fun. I've been listening to their album since Monday; they sound like a cross between The Bangles and The Dum Dum Girls. Joanna Gruesome were effortlessly amazing live. The lead singer has brilliant stage presence. I hope they write some more songs so that they play live for longer. I look forward to Joanna Gruesome next week supporting Stephen Malkmus and next month with Speedy Ortiz. Anyway, any DiS people go? What did you think of the night?
