Anyone know whats the best way to go about getting in touch with promoters for festivals for 2006?

and anyone know of any up and coming indie festivals which will consider unsigned bands?

So far i've got truck in oxford and airwaves in Iceland.

any help hugely appreciated, if this is in the wrong section i'll move it.
