More Reading/Leeds tickets

Troubled_Joe [Edit] [Delete] 15:38, 4 April '06

This has just been posted on the Mean Fiddler site:

"With tickets selling out in record time for this summer's festivals, organisers Mean Fiddler are seeking to increase the audience capacity for both sites.

Speaking today (4th April) on BBC Radio 1, Mean Fiddler Festival Director, Melvin Benn, claimed that he was confident he would be granted permission to increase the capacity of both sites and hopes to have news on the Leeds site by the end of April and the Reading site by mid May.

Those still keen to obtain tickets for either event are requested to subscribe to our meanfiddler.com backstage area, where, as of tomorrow afternoon (5th April) from midday, members will be able to register for the prospective tickets. Tickets will be allocated on a first come first served basis."

Hopefully it'll bring touting prices down.
