I think I've found it, my parents brought it back for me from Germanland, it's called Spex, and on the free CD this month, had tracks by such artists as The Flaming Lips, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Spank Rock, and Casiotone for the painfully alone, I've subscribed:D:D:D
An ability to speak German however is recommended;)
