I came across a really silly piece of vandalism on Mirah's Wikipedia article today that, though really silly (that bit needs saying again), made me childishly laugh out loud.

I did however think making a thread about only that would be equally silly so who likes Mirah here? I'm starting to realise that C'mon Miracle isn't just the best album title ever but is also the best album of her career. Sure, none of the songs are as dramatically amazing as Cold, Cold Water or as fun as Oh! September but the whole album flows brilliantly and is consistently gorgeous. The Lyrics are her best too.

I saw her play last year and she wasn't as magical as she could have been (she needs an orchestra conducted by Phil Elvrum or something like that). Still worthwhile though.

I think she's working on a new album at present.
