i truly fudging love it. i'm not a fan of the concept of the backing band - musicians subordinate to the main "star", so this way, you get a real band with a real musical bond, all playing, and they add to and reshape the solo artists songs.
it excites me it does.

and when they tour, you get two bands for one.
