LIVE! Just come bk from the 3rd day of their U.S tour and i must confess to being a right buttpirate for not digging them as much as i should have before tonight, like. A super amazing show all round: prob one of the best venues sound wise (SOMA, San Diego) and the entire bill was sheer class - Wires on Fire (www.myspace.com/wiresonfire) kicked things off, second time seeing these guys and their new shizzle is butt-pokingly good. River Boat Gamblers next up, not really 100% my bag but the stage presence and all round spectical of it all was brill! One of the funniest in between songs banter EVER! Priestess are from Montreal Canada and produced THE BEST DRUM SOLO i have ever heard (and i've seen Slayer twice) the guy is John Bonham incarnated, proper "BOH"! And of course The Brox: what can i say. They Will Kill Us All was rightly saved till the end and i nearly jizzed myself. The singer was in the crowed 'moshing' (americans are great!) for the duration of the set and he is a mean looking mo-fo. Can't wait till they come over to the UK so i can do it all over again. I should ask a question now: does any like the Brox much? whens the album coming out? how good are their videos??
