Female vocalist (pref. with instrumental ability) wanted to complete London 4-piece, debut single upcoming. Must love and understand Sonic Youth, My Bloody Valentine and Pixies. Soundworld: shoegazy dual girl/boy vocals over distorted guitar, melodic bass and intelligent drums - wrapped up into three-and-a-half-minute pop songs. Ideally looking for a sweet indie voice with character, to sing lead on over half the material, substantial harmony and backing vocals on everything else. Ability/willingness to play an instrument (esp. guitar) a definite advantage. You've probably been to ATP. You might be left handed. You don't want to be in just any band. You will be able to hold your own in arguments about shoes and haircuts.
