Shite talentless musicians: Act 2 Scene 2!

alari [Edit] [Delete] 02:53, 18 August '05
So:

A band. A band that already has a drummer.

A bit of an eyecatching band. A bit of a quirky band. A bit post-punky. A little bit of image, a little bit of politics (not too much of either of these), a bit of pop, a bit of noise, disco beats.

Slightly mysterious, slightly tongue-in-cheek.

I play synths badly and sing very badly.
I have a female drummer who can sing better than I can.

Two further members need to come from somewhere out in the ether:
One for preference male, one for preference female, to try and keep some kind of balance.

A bassist - one who believes bass should be more than a wall of fuzz.

A guitarist who hates stadium rock and all it stands for.

Ideally, one of these should be able to do backing vocals.

Skill is unnecessary - if you're good, you'll probably become frustrated. This is a long term thing, the goal's to learn and develop as a unit, so it has to be the right people.

London Based.

This is totally serious and very much a fun/flippant thing at the same time.
