To any musicians who are maybe looking for a place to live in and also make music.

I just found two places in seven sisters that the landlord said can be used to live in and for music. I was wondering if anyone here is looking for something like this and wants to share with another

i'm seeing a place today in seven sisters. a live/work place that the owner said can also be used for recording or band rehearsal. 180 quid for 2 bedrooms and open plan living area in shthole industrial estate.

Yesterday the agent also showed me another warehouse he was developing. It was massive. 5 double bedrooms (high ceilings) plus and open space which can have a mezzanine.

He said it can be used as a gig place or whatever. That's 330 a week inclusive of everything...bills, rates everything!
