a. I really need a new job, doing what something that I'm good at/enjoy. My current main tasks are:

- HTML/CSS design (although no 100% formal training so can't go for pure design jobs...)
- online content generation/editing
- company social media management

i'm currently looking a website content management stuff, but there's not an awful lot out there. any ideas on other things i could be branching out to?

b. i'm ideally ultimately looking to do freelance web design. i'm not there yet as i'm still completing an open uni course and developing my design skills. but in the meantime, what's the best way for me to take some positive steps in this direction? i'm currently designing sites for several people, but is there anything else?

i know this is long, probably boring and self-absorbed but i'm at a bit of a loose end. so any help would be really happily received!
