Okay before you all say 'OMG windows media player is shit, get a mac and we all love itunes' I need help with getting this open. Everytime I click on the icon it just down nothing. I've tried clicking in the file itself on the menu too and I even searched for updates, but it's apparantly all up to date.

It has all my music wonderfully organised on it so can someone help me please?
