The contestants taste and quite a few are unable to identify what meat it is, still they get put through...we lose the lovely geordie carpenter though and hat woman who seems to think TOP CHEFS would use currypowder! currypowder!

So on to the professional kitchen...ponytail lady does well although all she has to do is recook ravioli...the men struggle a bit but come up trumps in the end and iraninan struggles to reheat gnocchi and sauce

Final round...iranian wins with fritters and stew featuring apples and lamb...sure her waterworks along the way didn't influence them AT ALL, lessons learnt include: you can't make tomato consommé in an hour, don't serve chantilly cream with pineapple and duck needs crisping.
