I recently got given an Amazon gift certificate for my birthday. someone stole it at my party and used it. it was for £50. I'm simmeringly livid.

from Amazon's t's and c's:

"Amazon.co.uk is not responsible if a GC is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission."

Amazon are'nt gonna give it back are they? How bum kissy do I have to be to stand a chance? Will they give me the address of whoever used it do you reckon? I'm sure they wont.
