-the Dolphins take Karlos Dansby from Arizona and Brandon Marshall from Denver which bodes well for next season. also gave Ted Ginn to the 49ers so all good.

-the Browns offload tweedledee and tweedledum (Brady Quinn and Derek Anderson to their families) and replace them with Jake Delhomme - so that's not huge news.

-the Jets begin to look frightening - LT and Santonio Holmes join them.

-Jamarcus Russell arrives at pre-season training at nearly 300lbs - meaning either he's switching to defence or Frye and Gradkowski are starting next year at QB.

and the draft is next week, which'll see whether Tebow gets picked up anywhere - a huge bust or he could change the QB position, remains to be seen.
