My six-month appraisal, only about a month late. My three-month went better than expected, my boss seemed to think I was doing okay. I've had a few slow weeks though, so this might be a bit sterner.

How are your appraisals? Do you even have them at all? Do you ever do anything other in them than nod politely along with whatever the boss says, then when they say "So, are you having any problems?" struggle to repress the urge to scream "YOU, YOU BITCH!"?
