Does Spotify go through albums looking for intro songs and attaching ads to them?

I've noticed this with a few albums where the intro song split into 2 tracks would always bring up an advert after the first track....LIKE EVERY TIME....if you repeat that one track the advert will always play.

Has anyone else noticed this?
