leading on from request #2878...

A few months ago I permitted PC World to wipe everything off my laptop and with that they wholly removed iTunes.

Questions:

1. How can I get iTunes back?
2. How can I make appear in my iTunes library the stuff I have on my iPod without wiping one or both of all the music I have on there?

I asked this a few months ago and I can't retrieve the thread. A few folk offered helpful notes about Limewire and WinAmp but I just need iTunes based help!

Need some Quo on the iPod FFS and NOW.
