So.... this post-election stuff is pretty boring, isn't it?

chuff [Edit] [Delete] 15:59, 10 May '10

I had this idea that three political parties fighting to form a government - what with all their political differences and the keenly fought election debates and generally well-regarded and interesting shadow cabinet members - would be very exciting, and yet apparently all we're going to get is a succession of people coming in and out of buildings say 'we are having nice conversations'. I suppose this sort of thing is best done out of sight, but I'd naively hoped that the fallout from what was supposed to a seismic event in British politics would see a glorious mess of fighting and backstabbing and the country generally tearing itself apart. Am I being unreasonable?
