Personally I struggle to remember large chunks of it, especially S3-5, where it all got a bit aimless and lost its focus i thought. Also ive only ever watched each episode once so i dont have an encyclopedic knowledge or anything.

Some of my faves:
The Hatch (Locke finding it, then seeing what was inside and meeting Desmon and all that)
Taking Ben hostage in S2
When The Others were mysterious and interesting
Eko
Desmond just talking about stuff, brother.
Charlie dying (both because he was a bit shit and it was a great scene)
Keemie (is that his name? the soldier dude who killed Alex)
