any suggestions?

if possible, not to include pasta (too hot for this) or mushrooms (dont like, yes i know I am an idiot) and different to just salad leaves with a dressing.

thinking french bean salad, aubergine and feta so far....

MUST: fill me up at lunchtime to not require crisps.
