If any of you saw that "lotus breast" image in the "Boobs that are genuinely shocking" thread, and were hideously freaked out by it, this may be the explanation.

I consider myself to have a pretty strong constitution, but that pic freaked the fuck out of me, and several hours later I still feel itchy and horrible. I looked it up (it is a fake, of course) I saw a link to trypophobia and, stupid as it sounds, suddenley found a word to describe what I've felt for years - the irrational fear of holes.

Seems some people have issues with things like sponges, crumptets, and the ends of pipes, which thankfully don't bother me, but I definitely understand being disturbed by the lotus boob pic and remember being freaked out by similar things in the past (including a nature documentary where a woodpecker burrowed into a telegraph pole and stored acorns in the holes... shudder).

Anyway, I'm sure this is random rambling, tl;dr, but I was REALLY freaked out and finding out about this has kind of reassured me.

What are your mad phobias? (I would have said "don't have any" until today.
