I've never been here in my life but the reviews on tripadvisor are hilarious: “There was a lump of poo on the toilet seat when we arrived"

Elfelfelf went on to say: "Worst place I have ever been to. It looks like a shabby, dirty, miserable prison. The room was absolutely filthy. We left after one night and there was a queue of others doing the same. I've given it three for service because they paid us our money back with no argument (I get the impression they are very used to it). Writing this review and thinking about the trip again has made me be sick slightly into my own mouth. It was that bad."

I was thinking about heading to Camber Sands (the beach, not the resort) tomorrow but this has put me off a little. Where would DiSers recommend along the Kent coastline for a day trip?
