For some bizarre reason when I turned it on the other day all the music/ videos were completely wiped off it. So I connected it to itunes to restore factory settings, and after downloading the new software, i keep getting this fecking message saying:

"The iPod "iPod" could not be restored. This device isn't eligible for the requested build."

My question is.. WHY THE FUCK NOT? It isn't jailbroken or anything stupid, I've just been using it normally.

Please tell me how to get music back on this yoke, I'm going insane.
