Moral dilemma (urgent!)

hip_young_gunslinger [Edit] [Delete] 13:21, 30 June '10

Just come back from an inquest where I had to park in a multi-storey car park. As I was coming out, I misjudged a corner and scraped the front end of the car (a pool car, owned by the company, used by about 6 people in the office). Nothing serious, didn't break the lights, just some pretty bad scratches on one corner.

Should I own up? I wouldn't have to pay, I don't think - any repairs (though I can't imagine they'd bother) would be covered by the company... and because the cars are generally treated like shit it might be weeks before anyone notices, then no one will remember when they might have done it. Admitted I could barely drive the car properly wouldn't exactly endear me to anyone.

On the other hand I feel guilty and should probably just come clean.

What to do?
