Everyone is in shorts today - even the older directors. It's made any air of authority evaporate, because all of the older guys are a bit plump in their autumn years (as I one day hope to be), and so look like they're holidaying in Benidorm.

Everyone is just endlessly more relaxed, although the girls are all still in jeans which seems baffling to me because it's like a fucking greenhouse today. Still, it's a happy office. One of the directors just called me 'bro'.

I am totally having a lunchtime beer.
