So without wanting to repeat stuff, the main issue with working in a regular office is that it's a building full of underachievers with broken dreams.

No one chooses to be in one of these hellholes. No one dreams of become a middle manager in an office so everyone is pretty pissed off about it. Whether they know it or not.
