so we're just in the process of changing the way we access our emails remotely. We were using something called Citrix but now we're using something called OWA. So I said to the IT Guy:

"what does OWA stand for? 'Outlook With Attitude?'" (as in, NWA)

The IT guy looked blankly at me.

NB: OWA stands for Outlook Web Access.
