They've decided to take my money, but have no record of my order despite my bank saying that the exact amount has been taken out of my account. They've said that if there was an error in my order the money will be back in my account within 10 days, I'm doubtful though...

Has this happened to anyone else, did you get your money back or have i just thrown away £95 + P&P?
