How do you do it? Where do you get packing crates from? Why is van hire so stupidly complicated? Is it better to get packers in to do it for you, or is this lazy/wasteful? (I have no furniture to move). Does the paper couterpart of a driving licence still count when it's in 14 pieces, 11 of which are sellotaped together but 3 of which are lost?

I'm feeling a little drowned in amongst all of these questions.
