I bought this beer at some food hall in Brighton on the weekend and it's been driving me mad:

At first I thought it was Magellan, but no. Not Nostradmus either. Google doesn't come up with any paintings where they're wearing that style of hat. Definitely seen this chap before though. Any ideas?
