There's a good selection of them in an abandoned office next to mine, several of which look like they were designed by whoever did the graphic design for beverly hills 90210.

Have they ever motivated anyone? Why would a picture of a tree with 'teamwork' written under it inspire anyone... Why do they even exist? The mind boggles..
