It's quite warm in my flat at the moment, so I'm going through a period of sleeping nude. I didn't used to be able to do this, because whenever I did, I'd have anxiety dreams where I'd find myself in public places naked and panic and have to hide. I think I once ended up crouched behind my sofa wrapped in my duvet after stealthily navigating my way across the room trying to hide my nudity, which sorts of means the dream was becoming real as I was dreaming it, which is odd.
