HI PALS

I'm currently spending lots of my time trapped in a small room, performing repetitive tasks for hours on end. I was wondering if anyone had suggestions for places to get free downloadable podcasts / audio books - streaming is no good as I can't get wi-fi in the lab.

Podcast-wise, anything involving science or generally funny stuff would be good. Book-wise, stuff that is not shit.
