A weird internet occurrence that's been perplexing me recently.

Luis_Carruthers [Edit] [Delete] 20:18, 20 August '10

Every once in awhile, well, fairly frequently I guess you might say, when I go to a site that has Facebook crap on it, such as buttons that you can press to 'like' something and display it to all your little friends, once the site loads all the way, it shoots immediately to a 404 error in the tab, but that appears as a MySpace page with a red box that says 'oops we couldn't find what you're looking for' on the actual page. The weird part is that the address says 'facebook login' with a bunch of weird shit behind it. Now this really doesn't bother me that much as one can circumvent it by stopping the page just before it loads completely, but it strikes me as exceedingly weird. I suspect this may have something to do with the fact that I'm the only human left alive that's not on facebook, so I don't know if this is even worth asking, but does anyone know why this could happen. Maybe some DiS administrators know something about this?
