Is it HOE-BURN or HOL-BURN?

I say hoLburn. Everyone else is saying hOburn. This, I believe it wrong. Maybe.

The argument is that the tube announcer woman says hOburn, but she also says "Tott-er-nam Court" Road and "Highgert" so that bitch knows shit.
