I'm looking to a two prong attack, things that are interesting enough to kill the boredom of hours on the mini bus and have enough energy to keep me awake/inspire me to drag my arse up the three tallest mountains in the UK.

Although I'm sure it goes without saying, I can probably do without "eye of the tiger" or anything by Queen.
