Anyway I need some help in filling in the gaps, could create some interesting debate or could be incredibly dull. Who knows.

Goalkeeper - Peter Schmeichel (fantastic keeper, done it all at Man Utd and also won the European Championship. No arguments with this one, apart from people comparing any keeper that does that star jump thing to him, which is a bit annoying.)

Left Back - Paolo Maldini (over 900 games for AC Milan, won everything going. Lovely eyes too)

Right Back - Cafu (great engine, oh yes. An absolute legend for his country)

Centre Back - ?

Right Mid - ?

Centre Mid - ?

Centre Mid - Zinedine Zidane. In my opinion the greatest footballer ever. To watch him play is to understand the overused phrase 'the beautiful game'. Won it all and would always perform at the highest level and on the biggest stage.

Forward - Marco Van Basten. The ultimate striker. I feel sorry for those who didn't see him play (cheers Gazetta football Italia). Career cut short by injury but he still managed to win many honours, score one of the best goals ever and play in the best club side I've ever seen.

Forward - Ronaldo. One of the first superstar players in the modern era who seems to have been slightly forgotten in recent years due to poor haircuts, double chins and someone nicking his name. His scoring record is almost offensive it's that good. Sublime skill, pace and an uncanny ability to put the ball in the back of the net.
