We owe money. The U.S. owe money. Most of Europe owes money. Many Asian countries owe money.

Is Luxembourg sitting there all smug thinking, 'we're minted'? Is some Otter Wildlife Sanctuary sitting on £7 trillion worth of park upgrades? Or is it money that's merely vanished up a banker's arsehole and resurrected itself as some gaudy antique furniture somewhere in a third home?

Just curious. But SOMEONE out there must be a bit flush with £169 billion of the UK's debt, right?
