For a start I wasn't comfortable with the capital letters and the way it appeared on my Sky TV Guide. It just didn't look right. But anyway Jay Rayner is a fairly likeable man, the other two were rubbish though.

Loads of 'foodies' in a barn I ask you. What 'foody' hasn't eaten pig cheeks for christs sake. Scoff Scoff.

Nice piece about langoustines. Seems weird we don't want to eat them in this country.

The other bits were too short really such as the cuts of pork and the difference between premium and value supermarket brands.

I give it 3 ramekins out of 5.
