For £200, to be used for internet/email, office-y stuff, and streaming/downloading/watching/listening to stuff, does this look like a decent laptop?:

I'm really not a laptop tech, but it looks ideal, apart from only having 30 days warranty from the seller selling it from £200. The only other seller has it as £500, is that suspicious...or fine?
