as usual the first challenge throws up some fuck ups and some ok jobs and some far-too-strung-out "tension" while we wait to see whos gone through, as if it isnt massively obvious. i dont think i like this bit of the programme at all.

greg made a very sexy noise when he tested one of the dishes and made his starting-to-get-boring comment "you're just a touch of seasoning away from a great dish". i still think he should be made to taste first.

re. the "arrogant" chef: somethings not right here. the arrogant words coming out of his mouth didnt match his humbleness and shyness. its like he was reading a script or something. he's one to watch.
