I know that Hotmail is an enormous wheelbarrow of shit, and I'm shifting everything over to GMail to escape its horrors - but in the meantime it seems to be spamming everyone in my contacts - in fact I'm even getting spam from myself

Does anyone know how to stop this? Google suggests changing your password and 'contacting Microsoft' but as if I'm gonna do that.

If there's a quick fix anyone knows of I'd be grateful, otherwise I might just delete all my contacts and take my account to be put down
