I recently got a new job with a small/medium computer firm but I'm pretty sure it's only because they think I can up their sales in the student market, seeing as one of their stores that I work in is in a student town.

Now! On top of the normal working in retail bullshit, they want me to design a survey which I'm absolutely diabolical at/too lazy to do properly. Anybody any helpers or templates? I tried googling but my efforts were numbed by answers like wank .
