I make quite a bit of noise. Like when i'm in my car, i sometimes shout really loudly in a kind of 'Go Compare' style, and not in response to anything in particular (like the radio), this urge is often followed by the embarrassed realisation that i've just shouted out loud for no reason.

I also do this strange laugh/cackle, again at quite high volume.
