i think it's called a jag? Book night for people that like books

hellatronix [Edit] [Delete] 10:05, 27 October '10

Second time around.

My friend is organising a night about how to get your first book into print and there will be very hip young authors telling you how to do this: Ned Beauman, Evie Wyld and David Whitehouse. Even if you don't want to write a novel (I mean, it's hard work), it is a good opportunity to hear some contemporary literature. They are going to be reading from their novels.

It's on November 2nd, at the Betsey Trotwood pub in Farringdon, starts at 7pm and costs a fiver to get in unless you are in the Society of Young Publishers. But there's free booze and canapes and obviously people reading and telling you exclusive insider info so that fiver will go far.

Please come!!
