Email / university / phrasing advice much appreciated

PocketMouse [Edit] [Delete] 17:35, 1 November '10

Essentially, I want to email a couple of universities to ask about the possibility of transferring. I don't even know if that's manageable with fees etc, but maybe better to work that out later. My reason is pretty much "the course here is too difficult for me", but the pretty obvious implication if I write that is: "but this one seems easy so can I switch?". Not exactly going to endear me to them, huh? But saying "I don't enjoy it here" or something along those lines sounds either really petty or a transparent attempt at disguising the problem.

So, yeah, anyone done this before / have any ideas?
