do you like to suck it for as long as possible until is dissolves into nothingness or do you prefer to crunch it up?

I used to think that it was nigh on impossible for me to resist the urge to crunch it up, but I'm finding out otherwise with this packet of throat lozenges here (that's right, some SYMPATHY please).
