Ever done it?

I've just gone to make a bowl of Ainsley Harriott cup-a-soup (broccoli and stilton) and there's a sealed sachet in the box that's completely empty!!!

Obviously, this rather traumatic experience has me pondering whether I can write to Mr Harriott and get some free soup or something.

So, yeah - help me write a letter. Or tell me the times you've complained and got FREE STUFF.
