two people in my office just got made redundant. We've all been asked to forecast how much work we've got to do over the next two weeks and how important it is. feels a bit cut-throat.

Also we've been asked to 'think creatively' about how we could incur fewer costs to the business. ie get paid less, go down to 3 days a week etc.

Not sure how much I'd care if i got made redundant. I'd definitely be motivated more to get a better job, but apparently if you've been working somewhere for under 2 years (as i have) you're not legally entitled to any redundancy money. great.
